A Great Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The family room was spacious and cozy. The unexpected surprise was the local pub nearby with friendly staff and delicious homemade burgers. Be sure to check the restaurant schedule, as it may vary. a lovely place to relax with the family.

Awesome family stay!

We had a blast in the Family Room! The staff were super friendly and offered help whenever we needed. The games room was a hit with the kids. The bar area had tasty drinks, but it seemed a bit crowded on weekends. The new reception layout is kinda strange with the sofa.

I had a delightful stay at Hatters. The themed decor, especially the quirky Alice in Wonderland elements, brought a playful vibe to the hotel. My room, the Standard Double Room, was spacious and had a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. fresh ingredients and plenty of options made it a highlight of my mornings. The staff were friendly and attentive, always checking in to ensure everything was alright. some noise from other rooms occasionally disrupted the peace, particularly during busy evenings. The bathroom door in my room didn’t close properly, which felt a bit inconvenient. The exterior of the building seemed dated, but the charming interior more than made up for it. a fun experience with a few minor issues that didn't overshadow the overall charm of the place.

hatters is truly a cozy spot. the decor is captivating, and the comfortable seating makes it perfect for relaxing. the food was excellent, and breakfast was delicious! the parking is also plentiful and safe. i really enjoyed the great bar and friendly staff that made the stay even better.

the exterior looks a bit dated.

the hotel is realy unique with its mad hatter theme, made it fun for the kids. staff were super nice, always helpin us n makin us feel welcome. our family room was spacious and had a cute lil bathroom. had a blast lookin for the fairy doors around the place. breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

only thing was the shower pressure was kinda weak, and we heard some noise from other rooms.

Ideal for families with kids!

This place is an absolute gem! The themed room we got was a total surprise for the kids—they were practically bouncing off the walls with joy when we walked in! The decor is incredible. fairy doors everywhere! Plus, the breakfast was made fresh, and the kids loved it!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, good value for what we got!

The Alice in Wonderland theme throughout adds a quirky charm, making for a fun atmosphere during the stay. The full English breakfast served is notable for its generous portions and quality, really kicking the day off right.

During the four nights, we encountered several paint fumes from the freshly decorated room, making it a less comfortable experience initially. The air conditioning unit outside created some noise, yet it quieted down enough for a decent night's sleep.
